Our Chef and Staff


Anel Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Austin Texas.

Worked at several french restaurants like Aquarelle  and Capitol Brasserie, as well as Whole Foods Austin before moving back to College Station where also worked at The Republic Steak house as a pastry Chef, before joining forces with her husband -Sam-to open 1541 Pastries and Coffee in 2011
